Custom Orders Are Final Sale

Due to the personalized nature of our vinyl decals, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or made-to-order items. Please ensure that all details—such as file uploads, sizing, text, and color selections—are correct before submitting your order.

Order Accuracy Guarantee

In the rare event that we make an error, such as sending the wrong color, incorrect size, or delivering a defective product, we will correct it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If your order is damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include photos of the damaged item and the packaging so we can assess the situation and issue a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.

Design Review and Questions

We are happy to answer questions or review your design before you order to ensure the final product aligns with your vision. Please feel free to reach out prior to placing an order.


Please note, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for the following:

  • Customer errors in submitted designs, text, or sizing

  • Improper application or use on unsuitable surfaces

  • Minor variations consistent with handcrafted production
