1. Order Processing Times
All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or based on order volume.
Custom designs requiring revisions or communication may extend processing time. We will contact you if your order requires clarification before production.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after your package has been scanned by the carrier.
4. Incorrect Addresses or Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to customer address errors.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you did not receive the package, please check with your local post office or delivery provider. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace items marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting tracked and insured shipping methods whenever possible.
6. International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We do not collect or remit international VAT or import fees.
Some regions may experience extended shipping times due to customs clearance procedures beyond our control.
7. Shipping Materials & Sustainability
We package all decals securely using protective materials to prevent damage during transit. When possible, we use eco-conscious packaging without compromising product safety.
